Hello! Thank you for choosing me as a provider for you. I am an individual who believes you are the expert of your own life. My primary approach to counseling is an informed approach of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I use this to be able to help you guide choices and skills to reach the quality of life you are looking for. Something you can always expect from me is honesty, support, and being treated like a human being.

I normally work with individual clients, but I have also done work using parts of the Gottman method for couples, and using a Cognitive Behavioral approach for Families.

I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) who is pursuing growth and development to become independently licensed. I am also a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), and have been working with individuals with substance addictions as well as co-occurring mental health symptoms. I can also provide therapeutic services through Acu-detox/5NP, as well as Brain Spotting to assist with traumatic experiences.

For those seeking professional supervision, I am already able to provide supervision for addiction services, and will soon be looking to provide supervision for LPC’s and Interns as I am also currently working on a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision.
